Refund policy

Returns at LL are easy! Unworn, non-sale products purchased from LL can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason for a full refund or exchange. Sale items and custom orders are final sale.  

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused, undamaged and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact


How do I return?

Log into your customer account and click the request return button.

    Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, you can expect to receive a refund confirmation email within 2-3 days. Please note that it can take up to 2-3 days for your credit card account to reflect your refund. Store credits will be emailed the same day your return is processed. 

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Sale items:

    Only regular priced items may be refunded or returned, unfortunately sale items are FINAL. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Additional Considerations

    You must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

    We don’t accept returns on Gift Cards.
